This team is fantastic. Came back to the house after being away for a few weeks. Turned on AC and no airflow despite exterior unit running. Called around; everyone quoting 4 or 5 days before they could check it. Pride responded and was able to send Jeremy within a couple of hours. Quick troubleshooting revealed a blown capacitor. Replaced and running in minutes. Great business and Jeremy was a great tech to work with; they will be our go-to AC and heating team from now on.

I have found my AC people for life with Pride Mechanical! They were there at beginning of time window. Companies have a claim to make you be a part of the family; then you get your bill and see you paid for that family treatment. That is NOT the case with Pride Mechanical.
